Gavan Ring – Baritone
Gavan Ring is Ireland’s most acclaimed baritone working in the field of opera. Following rave reviews in Mozart’s La Finta Giardiniera at the Glyndebourne Festival Opera, he has been engaged by Opera North in the U.K. to sing the title role in the Barber of Seville in 2015. He recently had a great success at Wexford Festival Opera playing the role of Lieutenant Gordon in Silent Night. 2015 sees him play the role of Morales in Carmen at the Glyndebourne Festival.
A warm and engaging personality, Gavan’s ability to build a relationship with his audience throughout an evening makes for a very memorable occasion of music.
